The receptionist at the reception
Work experience: 1-3 years, preferably in a hotel
Full employment
Schedule: 2/2, 12 hours each, there are night shifts
Responsibilities according to international standards:

reception, registration, accommodation and discharge of guests;

receiving and distributing incoming calls;

providing information about the hotel's services;
-
accepting requests for room reservations and transportation services;

cash settlement operations, registration of accounting documents;
-
interaction with all hotel services;
-
monitoring of compliance with the rules of accommodation by guests, prompt resolution of questions and complaints by guests;
Requirements:
- responsibility;

sociability and friendliness;

good oral and written communication skills;

a confident PC user;
-
knowledge of English is desirable
